Contact

There is one address, and a person reads it

Email contact@fixmebot.com for anything: a bug, a bill, a result that came back wrong, a tool you wish existed.

Limits, languages, billing and privacy are answered there, usually faster than a reply.

Three doors to the same inbox

Each opens your mail app with the subject and an outline filled in.

Leave a review

Unflattering is more useful than polite. The tools that changed most changed because somebody wrote in.

Report a bug

A tool that returned the wrong thing, a toolbar that did not appear, a charge that looks wrong.

Report a bug

Suggest a feature

A tool that should exist, a language that behaves oddly, a place the extension should work and does not.

Suggest a feature

A public review, rather than a private one, goes on the Chrome Web Store listing. Either is read.

Reporting a bug

Seven lines that get it fixed on the first reply

Almost every report costs a round trip because one of these is missing.

  1. Which platform

The extension or the bot. They are separate pieces of software and share almost no code.

  2. Browser and version

Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera or Vivaldi and its version number. On the Telegram side, which app and which system.

  3. Where it happened

The site and the exact field. Bugs that appear in only one editor are common.

  4. Which tool you picked

Correction, paraphrasing, translation, length, reply, explanation, emoji, hashtags, Magic Mode or voice.

  5. The text you sent

The exact text, or a short sample with the same shape and language if it is private.

  6. What came back, and what you expected

Both halves. "It was wrong" cannot be reproduced; "it changed the tense and should not have" can.

  7. When, and a screenshot

Roughly when it happened with your time zone, plus a screenshot if you can see the problem.

Do not send a password, a card number or anything confidential. Nothing about a bug report needs them, and how the text you send FixMeBot is handled is set out in the privacy policy .

The rest of the addresses

Email is still the fastest way to reach a person.

Something wrong inside the product itself?

Message the bot directly. @fixmebot is the same product, and /subscription there answers most billing questions without an email at all.
