Telegram chatbot
The writing assistant that lives in a chat
Send a message, forward one you were sent, or hold the microphone, and the bot answers with the text fixed. It is the only side of FixMeBot that turns a voice message into clean prose.
If you are reading this on a phone, Telegram is the one to open.

You send it wrong. It comes back right.

Why this side exists
Four things a browser cannot do
- It listens
- Record a voice message and the bot answers with punctuated prose, not a raw transcript. Voice to Text runs here and nowhere else.
- Forward and it is done
- Forward a message you were sent straight to the bot. Nothing to select, nothing to copy.
- No password, ever
- Telegram signs you in. Press Start and the account exists.
- It is a chat, so it has history
- Every correction stays in the thread, searchable like any other Telegram conversation.
How you talk to it
Two commands, buttons for the rest
-
Open the bot and press Start
Open @fixmebot in Telegram on any device and press Start. Telegram passes your account across, so there is no email to confirm and no password to create.
-
Send, forward or record
Type a message, forward one you were sent, or hold the microphone and speak. A single message carries up to 4,096 characters, which is Telegram's own ceiling.
-
Tap a tool under the reply
The bot answers in the chat with the tools on an inline keyboard beneath it. Tapping another runs it on the same text, so you never re-send the message.
/start Opens the bot and creates your account. That is the entire sign-up.
/subscription Your plan, your remaining characters, and where you connect the browser extension to it.
The keyboard
All 10 tools, in the chat
Everything the extension does, plus the one it cannot.
“so um basically the client wants the whole thing moved to next quarter and uh they said budget is fine”
The client wants the whole project moved to next quarter. They confirmed the budget is fine.

Telegram questions
Asked about the bot
Billing, privacy and language questions are on the full FAQ .
Can the FixMeBot Telegram bot handle voice messages?
Yes, and it is the only place FixMeBot can: record a voice message and the bot replies with clean, punctuated text rather than a raw transcript full of filler words. You can then run any other tool (correct, translate, shorten) on that text without leaving the chat. The browser extension does not offer this, because a browser has no voice messages to read.
How long can a message to the bot be?
4,096 characters, which is Telegram's own ceiling on a single message rather than a limit FixMeBot adds. Send a long document a section at a time; only the text you send counts against your allowance, never the reply.
Do I need an account or a password to use the bot?
No. Telegram signs you in from your own account the moment you press Start, so there is no email to confirm, no password to invent and nothing to reset later. If you also use the browser extension, /subscription is how you connect the two so one plan covers both.
Can I forward a message to the bot instead of retyping it?
Yes. Forward any message you received straight into the chat with the bot and pick a tool: translate it, get a reply drafted, or have a long one shortened. Forwarding is the fastest path on a phone, where selecting and copying text is the slow part.
Which commands does the bot understand?
Two matter: /start opens the bot and creates your account, and /subscription shows your plan and is where you subscribe, change tier or cancel. Everything else happens by tapping a button on the inline keyboard under the bot’s reply, so there is no command list to memorise.
